3/2017 Appointment of new Management Board Member

The Management Board of Agora SA with its registered seat in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that pursuant to par. 28 section 3 of the Company's Statute, the Management Board of the Company elected by way of co-option Ms. Agnieszka Sadowska, an additional member of the Management Board.

In the Management Board of Agora SA, Ms. Sadowska shall supervise the Internet and the Print segments, Technology division, publication of Agora’s magazines, BigData department and TV business.
Ms. Agnieszka Sadowska has worked in Agora since 1999. She began her career as a financial analyst. She also worked in the New Projects division (responsible for acquisitions and investments in the Agora Group), and was also head of Controlling & Business Development division.

In 2010 - 2013 Ms. Sadowska was the Managing Director of Publio.pl, an online platform with e-books and audiobooks. She was responsible for the concept of the platform and oversaw the creation and operation of the service which in just a year after the start was at the forefront of online bookstores with electronic publications.

Since November, 2013, Ms. Sadowska has been successfully developing television activity in the Agora Group, including development of Stopklatka TV, a TV channel run in cooperation with Kino Polska TV SA. She is a member of the Management Board of Stopklatka SA and the co-creator of the company’s success. The channel proved profitable after less than 3 year from its launch.

Ms. Sadowska was responsible for the Company’s successful conduct through the licensing process and obtaining a license to broadcast terrestrial television channel METRO within MUX-8. Since 2016, she is the President of the Management Board of Green Content Sp. z o.o. which received a license to broadcast METRO. The channel was launched on December 2nd, 2016 r., and since the beginning it has achieved the best results among all TV channels on MUX-8. Ms. Agnieszka Sadowska also participated in the process of acquisition of strategic investor for the development of METRO.

Ms. Agnieszka Sadowska graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Banking at the University of Economics in Wrocław. In 1999, she earned an MBA at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. She completed numerous training courses in management and finance, including ACCA, obtaining the status of ACCA affiliate.

Since 2008, she has been a limited partner of the limited partnership "Kapitał ziemski Sp. z o. o. I ".

Ms. Agnieszka Sadowska is a member of companies affiliated with Agora SA whose business is not competitive to the Company’s operations. Ms. Sadowska does not conduct any other activity other than mentioned above.

There have been no records concerning Ms. Agnieszka Sadowska in the Registry of Insolvent Debtors, kept on the basis of the Act on the National Court Registry.
