The editors of the trade magazine "Media&Marketing Polska" awarded media and brands for their activity in the last 12 months. One of the distinctions in the special report "Publishers 2023" went to Wyborcza.pl as the leader of the subscription market. In this way, the magazine recognized not only the record level of sales of digital subscriptions of the daily from the end of 2022, but also Wyborcza.pl ideas for the development of the service and the offer for subscribers and advertisers.
The editors of "Media&Marketing Polska" summarized the past 12 months in the "Publishers 2023" report, awarding their prizes and distinctions. One of them went to Wyborcza.pl - "in the last days of December 2022, the number of subscribers to the portal exceeded 300,000. This is a new record for the service and the entire digital press market in Poland. Today Wyborcza.pl is one of the top publishers in the European Union markets. In Europe it is in the top 10 publishers with the highest number of subscriptions."
As the authors of the publication emphasized, "the publisher also thought about advertisers. It focused on improving and optimizing key indicators from the point of view of precisely advertisers - viewability and total active view average viewable time." Wyborcza's social activity to date, particularly related to the war in Ukraine, was also appreciated, including, among others, the sale of subscriptions to bricks in support of those fleeing Mariupol and a special Wyborcza.pl/help service.
"Wyborcza.pl is not slowing down. Crossing the next psychological threshold of 400 thousand subscribers seems to be a matter of the near future." - The editors of "Media&Marketing Polska" summarized their award.
