Since 1989, we have been home to independent and free media in Poland.

The Agora Group is one of the largest media groups in the country, and our most important ventures include:

  • nine radio stations from the Eurozet Group portfolio, which are among the TOP 20 most listened to stations in Poland, including Radio ZET, Radio TOK FM, Antyradio, and Radio Złote Przeboje;
  • the daily newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza and the subscription website Wyborcza.pl - a leader in the digital transformation of the press in Poland, combining heritage with a modern approach to media;
  • the Gazeta.pl web portal with a wide range of thematic websites, such as Sport.pl, Moto.pl and Plotek.pl;
  • the Helios cinema chain – the largest in Poland in terms of number of locations;
  • NEXT FILM, a film production and distribution company;
  • AMS – the leader in the Polish outdoor advertising market;
  • Agora Publishing House, specializing in the publication and distribution of books.

The Management Board operates on the daily basis according to the rules set out in the Company's Statute and its By-laws. The members of the Management Board meet regularly once a week.

The Supervisory Board's exclusive competences include setting the compensation of the Management Board, selection of the Company's auditor and approval of related party transactions. All transactions with affiliates must receive consent of the independent members of the Supervisory Board.
