Mission and values

Agora's foundation was linked to an important mission in the pursuit of truth, which is to provide the public with independent access to information, as well as to cultivate democratic values - building civil society by supporting institutions that uphold freedom of expression, publicising important social issues and initiating projects for those in need, or promoting climate and environmental action.

Agora Group strategy for 2023-2027

As a publisher of independent media, while at the same time running a variety of business projects, Agora wants to work in the coming years to, among other things, successively reduce its carbon footprint and further support democracy and freedom of expression, as well as to create an attractive workplace that is open to diversity.

"The 2023 ESG Report of the Agora S.A. Group" is a report on the implementation of the principles and ideas of sustainable development in practically each of its activities. It also constitutes a presentation of the plans for how the company will develop these processes, with a particular focus on the role of the media in the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
