The Management Board of Agora SA with its registered seat in Warsaw ("Company") hereby informs about adoption on May 24, 2024 of the resolution on recommendation to the General Meeting of Shareholders to cover the net loss for the fiscal year 2022 in the amount of PLN 29,081,838.97 in full from the Company's supplementary capital and no dividend payment from amounts that could be distributed to shareholders. The recommendation of the Company's Management Board received a positive opinion of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The final decision on covering the Company’s loss and dividend distribution will be made by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
