The Management Board of Agora S.A. (the "Company"), in connection with regulatory filing No. 21/2025 of October 6, 2025, in which the Company informed about the conclusion by its subsidiary, AMS Serwis sp. z o.o. ("AMS"), of a concession contract for the maintenance of bus shelters and additional equipment within the area of the Capital City of Warsaw in exchange for the right to exploit advertising space (the "Contract") with the Capital City of Warsaw (the "Concession Grantor"), represented by the Public Transport Authority,

informs that on August 8, 2026, it received information that AMS has received a notice from Concession Grantor regarding the exercise of the option right consisting in the extension of the term of the Contract for a further period of six months.

The estimated value of the Contract determined by the Concession Grantor, as well as the amount of the monthly fee payable by AMS, were disclosed by the Company in regulatory filing No. 21/2025 of October 6, 2025.
