Regulatory Filing
The Management Board of Agora S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, hereby informs that, due to a clerical error, the current report dated 2 November 2026 concerning the registration of the merger of Agora S.A. with Agora TC sp. z o.o. was incorrectly designated as Regulatory Filing No. 24/2026, whereas it should have been designated as Regulatory Filing No. 25/2026. The content of the report remains unchanged in all other respects.
Accordingly, the next current report will be designated as Regulatory Filing No. 26/2026.
Legal basis: § 16(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required under the laws of a non-Member State.
