On October 26th, 2012 together with the official premiere of the Microsoft Windows 8 system, "Gazeta Wyborcza" will launch application compatible with the devices operating with this system. Another application - Tuba.FM on Windows 8 available since July 2012 is so far the most often downloaded music application in Polish Windows Store and will be recommended there together with the launch of Windows 8 system.

The digital edition of "Gazeta Wyborcza" will be available on tablets, notebooks and personal computers with a new Windows 8 system since tomorrow. The application enables Reading the newspaper by turning over the pages of the newspaper. The digital edition of "Gazeta Wyborcza" contains the national section, the Warsaw section, the Monday edition's sports supplement - gazeta Sport.pl. the Thursday's "Duzy Format" and "Piatek Extra" (Friday Extra) as well as the Saturday magazine supplement to Gazeta Wyborcza.

For the first two weeks, till November 9th, the application is free of charge for all users. After that time, the charge for single edition of "Gazeta Wyborcza" will amount to PLN 4.99, for the weekly subscription to PLN. 8.99 and for the monthly subscription to PLN 27.99.

The application was prepared by the company Jojo Mobile Polska.

The music application Tuba.FM on Windows 8 system is available since July 2012. On the day the Windows 8 system premiere it will be recommended to Polish users on the main page of the Windows Store. The users of tablets and notebooks with the latest Windows system shall gain mobile and almost unlimited access to Polish and foreign music content.

Tuba.FM is the first Polish application selecting the music according to the user's preferences. Tuba on Windows 8 is available in Polish and English language version and due to that fact is also downloaded abroad. Large number of downloads, high evaluation and positive opinions give the application high position the ranking of the best free music applications for Windows 8.

Tuba on Windows 8 gives the users possibility to listen to, inter alia, 200 radio stations with most popular genre and styles (rock, pop, jazz and more), 500 radio stations broadcasting hits of one artist and traditional radio stations such as: Radio Zlote Przeboje (Golden Hits), Radio TOK FM and Radio Roxy. After logging into the application the users may save and Edit his own radio stations and share them with his/her friends.

Tuba.FM fully uses the possibilities offered by new Windows 8 interface. It was prepared by the company Jojo Mobile for the Agora Radio Group.

Tuba.FM is also available on www.tuba.FM and on iOS (iPhone, iPad), Android, Windows Phone, Windows 8, Symbian (Nokia), Bada (Smasung), Blackberry, on Samsung Smart TV sets and decoders Cyfra+ and Netia Player.
