A new burger size with more meat than before, a full-blown vegan burger and a sweet variation on a burger are just some of the new products available at Pasibus. On Wednesday, 12 August this year, the chain introduced a new menu in all of its outlets.
-We have decided to revamp our menu to even better appeal to the tastes of our loyal Pasi-food lovers. The “L” size version of the butter bun will significantly transform any familiar burger in our offer and, as we hope, satisfy everyone’s appetite. Listening to the needs of our customers, we also decided to create a VEGAN burger, while still leaving the option of replacing the beef with a vegetable patty in each burger. - explains Jakub Aleksandrowicz, Marketing Director of Pasibus.
The new “L”-sized burgers will be served in our original buttery bun and with a larger amount of meat compared to the “mały głód” [peckishness] version of the burger. Standard Vegan, a burger for aficionados of plant-based cuisine, will be offered in a wheat bun encapsulating our original vegetable patty (made from red beans, corn, fresh peppers, Chinese cabbage, leek, carrots, garlic, brown rice, sunflower seeds, semolina, flax, coriander, chili and spices) with vegan mayonnaise and cheddar cheese. It will also not be short of vegetables - tomato, pickled cucumber and onion. The patty will be fried separately in vegetable oil. In the other burgers, as before, you will be able to get a meat patty replaced with a vege patty (fully vegetarian, fried separately) or fried cheese prepared according to our original recipe, free of charge. As far as the first Słodziak [sweet burger] is concerned, the much-loved Grucha [pear burger], known from the early days of Pasibus, will be available. The bun will hold 100% beef, white sauce, lamb's lettuce, gorgonzola cheese and pear chutney.
- By introducing the “Słodziak” category, we are making space for burgers with a sweet twist, both those that used to be in our menu, and those that we will create for Pasi-food lovers in the future. These kinds of novelties will frequently appear on our menu, so that everyone can experience a little sweet variety – adds Jakub Aleksandrowicz.
The new menu will also include the familiar Wypasik [medium-sized burger] range - perfect for those who are feeling peckish. It comprises five smaller-than-standard burgers served in a butter bun, available at a preferential price of PLN 9. Customers can choose between, among others: Cheese Pasik with beef, iceberg lettuce, cheddar cheese and tomato-basil and white sauces; Jalapeño Pasik with beef, jalapeño-mayo sauce, iceberg lettuce, jalapeño peppers and onions; and Chicken BBQ Pasik with breaded chicken, mayonnaise, iceberg lettuce, onions and bebek BBQ sauce. Each of them can be ordered with either chips or a drink for PLN 12.
The new menu also features the option to order Boxes. This gives you an opportunity to order more burgers from this product range, efficiently and at a lower cost. Large Box will consist of any 3 burgers from the Wypasik range and a lot of chips, while Giga Box is 6 selected Wypasik burgers and a huge portion of chips - perfect for group dining. The Boxes will cost PLN 35 and PLN 66, respectively.
